  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • We ship orders via our trusted logistics partners.

  • Shipping options may include:

    • Express Delivery (if available)

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

    • Within Kanpur / nearby areas: 2–5 business days

    • Across India:** 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the logistics partner’s website.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we deliver only within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping:
